For Casa Grande City Council

Why I’m Running

I love this community. I have lived most of my life here (39 years), went to school here, operated a business here and now have raised my family here. I’m running for Casa Grande City Council to serve my community, ensure we stay on track and move our community forward. Learn more about who I am, my priorities as a City Council Candidate and contribute to my campaign below.

Who I am

In 1984, Patrick “Sean” Dugan’s father relocated his dairy facility to Casa Grande. Sean learned the family business from his father and was also mentored by his grandfather and five uncles.

He worked on his father’s dairy and farms in grade school and through college. Sean attended Central Arizona College, Mesa Community College, and Arizona State University. He then returned to the family dairy business and with hard work, started Sidewinder Dairy Inc. in 1997. He later diversified into the custom harvest business and entered a partnership with a custom feed operation.

Sean is an active and founding member of the Pinal 40, a charity that supports the youth of Pinal County through funding of scholarships, and local organizations. He is also active on the Industrial Development Authority of Pinal County.

He is supported by his wife Jasmin and his four children, Padon, Ryley, Brenden, and Shea who reside on the family dairy in Casa Grande.
